Philippines Maya wallet payout. The same code works for pay-in and payout; bankCode is not needed because the channel derives the wallet from the method code, and sending one that is not MAYA is rejected rather than corrected. accountNo is the phone number registered to the wallet and receives the funds; mobile is the recipient contact number and never overrides accountNo.
