USD Chime payout. Send amount as a USD decimal string and all twelve recipient fields. cardCity, cardStreet and cardPostCode describe the recipient address, not card data. The accountNo example is a placeholder. Its accepted format has not been verified for this integration; replace it with a usable recipient account identifier and do not default it to email.
